| Reformer | I am Stott certified and trained on one of the coolest pieces of equipment in the industry! The Reformer takes the matwork exercises and adds the entire body on this spring-based machine. It is core based, adds springs for resitance and adds stretching. To me it is like having pilates matwork, yoga and strength training on one piece of equipment! You will feel like a million dollars after one of these workouts! | Corporate Training | I have previously participated and lead a Wellness Program for ECMC for 6 years. This was an exercise program that was offered at lunchtime for corporate employees which was extremely successful. Since the office closed last year, I am looking to offer these services to another company. |
